Create/Template

Ok so trying to use the create button in the dji fly app( lower right in album).show lots of templates ,when you click on them to download every time it says failed ,,,,,anyone shed any light here please.

I haven't messed with it myself.

Is the aircraft, remote, and app powered up for a file transfer?

Are you connected to the internet if needed?

Any firewall type settings in the device that need to be set for downloads?

Aircraft on ,remote on and connected and very fast wifi ,its an ipad 5th gen cell model.
it shows the download progress around a circle and always says failed....
i have seen this written about before somewhere as well and cannot find it now.
