I did notice they took ALL PREORDERS down...Not as of yesterday, but they did send an email saying that they had no idea as to when it might be available, which I already knew

obviously... but I ordered one on day one.I did notice they took ALL PREORDERS down...
Prudent practice requires an SD card change every time you land to change batteries. Can never lose more than the current flight's recordings that way, as long as you don't lose the removed cards! LOL!After watching my friend lose his drone and SD card I began using smaller cards and changing them out through the day.
Turning off hardware encoding has fixed the issue for many, and rolling back to older operating systems fixes it for the rest, so apparently it does better with older systems and processes, which are less powerful.Better read the reports of users of the MP4 that are reporting major issues in post before misleading others.
Requiring somebody to roll back their OS or stop using hardware encoding is "fixes it" ? Interesting perspective.Turning off hardware encoding has fixed the issue for many, and rolling back to older operating systems fixes it for the rest, so apparently it does better with older systems and processes, which are less powerful.
Agreed, but it makes the point that older systems with less processing power and "software only" encoding handles the codec just fine. I have had to turn off hardware encoding on PP on my newer Windows desktop to successfully export drone files encoded in H.265. Hardware encoding may be faster when it works, but it is less reliable.Requiring somebody to roll back their OS or stop using hardware encoding is "fixes it" ? Interesting perspective.
