Crystalsky dji go and go4 won’t sign in

I am trying to get my Crystalsky to work. It won’t log in dji go and go 4. It does however log in to Pilot which is no use. I have good connection and have tried another hotspot. I have tried resetting to factory defaults with no luck. I read about uninstalling the apps but don’t know how.

Any ideas?

That seems to be for third party apps and not the Native dji apps.
