CrystalSky lost connection Mid flight!

I started getting disconnects with my CS monitor. Clearing the cache and reset to factory default fixed the issue

I was having issues today with data loss between the bird and the CS. Brought it home and cleared the cache, set the cache limits to 2Gb and then had no problems.

I have not had this happen in the last 12 months of ownership of a CS 7.85 (not UB) and quite frankly would be telling DJI if it had crashed. Forking over what we do for these monitors, one would expect performance.
Un-nerving to watch an iPad over heat and shut down but a CS in Flight !!!
Have you received any reply from DJI on this?

(Bad enough if you want to stream you have to go back to the iPad)
