I'll answer the 2nd question...I've purchased MANY DJI items via Amazon, most recently my CS 7.85" UB. If a vendor is selling something on Amazon, then Amazon "has your back".

I’ve had both. The CS Ultra has a “U” on the upper right hand side of the screen frame.

In addition, there is no comparison when you turn them on. The Ultra is like looking at a car with its high beams on.

Buy from a official DJI retailer just in case of a warranty claim, a few CS Ultra's have burned bright but have burned short with backlight issues.

Also note that DJI does not have a world wide warranty so it will have to go back to the country it was purchased from, your in for a world of warranty pain if your chasing a low price and buy from overseas.
