Just in case others haven't had any cause to read this boilerplate auto-response from DJI whenever you send in any kind of support request, it bears repeating here....

Following the County of Los Angeles "Safer at Home Order For Control of COVID-19" and the Executive Order from the State of California to stay at home, and in following the guidance on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 from the California Department of Public Health, we regret to inform you that we have decided to minimize our repair operations in California. Some product repairs and shipment times are expected to be delayed or suspended. Thank you for your understanding and support.
 
It's been that way for a good time now. My repairs have always gone to Texas from California anyway. That message starts to get very old when you hear it a few times as you will when you try to contact support. Patience is the key!

it is what it is..I've been very frustrated with the people on support but once the drone is on it's way it smooths out. Naturally you always want the drone back yesterday ;)
