Custom Initial Approach Fix (IAF)

Can I set an IAF relative to the takeoff location (magnetic radial, distance, elev) or in absolute values (lat, long, elev) in order to hit a button any time and the aircraft flies back direct to the IAF and holds? (Like a custom RTH function.)

No ... if you use the RTH function, the drone will come back from wherever it is to a point directly above the home point and descend.
You can reset the home point if you'd like it to return to a different spot.
Or if you fly it yourself you can do whatever you like.
