Good to see these guys in Australia contributing to safer skies
 
Beware of these guys, they cost me AU$218 by supplying me with a crap receipt and then ignoring my urgent calls for a proper official GST reciept within the 14 day window to follow up claims. TRS refund denied. I'm starting to wonder if my refresh package is "REAL" or not now. That will be the last time I deal with those shonks. If they are unable to produce a receipt with credible figures on it how well can they possibly register serial numbers correctly.
 
Seems strange. What store did you deal with. I use these guys a lot and have had nothing but great dealings with them.
A little more info would be nice. I certainly wouldnt be labeling them shonks. I have contact details of Australian manager, im sure he could help you.
 
I have the receipt. Nothing adds up and the federal employee laughed at this. I will post it if you would like. It won't get my $200 back but I can post it.
 
I asked from eBay. Can I use the receipt at Tourist refund scheme. Yes was the reply. How would you like $218 Stolen from you. It's close to how I would feel if I fell for a Nigerian Prince scam. Actually it's not far off. I had already left positive feedback and paid for a refresh package (Or did I)

I dont understand. What store did you deal with. I wasnt aware these guys were also an ebay store. What did you buy for $218 and what refund are you talking about. Surely you can confirm you have refresh through DJI.
 
Have you tried contacting the store.
I have just passed this thread info onto them but i think some more information might be handy.
Again, i can personally vouch for these guys and they are not shonks.

As soon as I was rejected at TRS I sent them a message asking for a receipt with the actual figures that I had paid. Item number 123713813943. I had 2 weeks to remedy the situation with TRS as they logged a denied refund and I could appeal. "OFFICIAL New DJI MAVIC 2 PRO Flymore Combo Warranty and Tax Invoice Open Box"

I have been in contact with the Australian manager and understand that they have worked with you to resolve the error. Hopefully you will withdraw your shonk/scammers claim.
Once again, i highly recommend D1Store to anyone in Australia. Im glad this has worked out for you.
 
Ok so I admit the solution provided by them would have the government give me money. It would involve me committing fraud. Taking the item back to OZ and claimiming, with a fresh invoice the tax back. There is nothing shonky about asking someone to that is there. As my work permit and job rely on me having a clear criminal record, no thanks.
