It's not possible to record that data on the video that is stored on the Mavic's memory card. You'll need to use an application like Dashware to overlay the flight log data on top of the recorded video.

Sorry Msinger I misread the question, I thought he was asking how to do it in post production, does the subtitles feature show height etc,can't remember of the top of my head

I guess you're referring to the "Video Caption" feature? If so, that does not show data on the actual video either. It creates a separate data file that some video players are able to use to overlay the data on the video (like Dashware does).
