deactivate crashed drone option (or other recommendations before ebaying a drone)?

Is there a way to deactivate a crashed macivc mini for ebay selling? Please advise as to the best way to proceed. I did attempt to search for an option under diji's website, but I'm not certain.

No such thing as "deactivating" a DJI drone. Just wipe out the SD card and you're done.
