Desending below home take off.

It's strange that the person having this problem has not responded to any of your questions. What aircraft? what app? etc. All I know is, none of my mavics do that (M2P,M2Z,MA2,MavMini). All my firmware is up to date. I fly off bridges often and then fly below my take off point. The drone acts perfectly normal, giving me a negative altitude reading. It only attempts landing if it senses the ground below it.

Appreciate all the replies. Sorry I'm news to forums. I've had 2 phantom 3 pros. The first just went blank coming home and dove into a lake. Also, have a Mavic II pro. It sure is a lot more stable. Battery popped out one time on it and crashed. Had it fixed and now after having trouble with the flying below take off, the gimbol has quit working and after it did the video would frozen on the frame that I'd click on. I'll be 80 next month and a lot slower. Though about trying to install new firmware and software, but would need simple steps to do it.
