Device Fully Loaded problem solved on Mini 2 and iPad Mini 4

I know there a lot of threads, but see few offering proven solutions. This may not work across the board, but by turning off "Background App Refresh" in the General Settings on my iPad Mini 4 solved the problem for me.

You are lucky...I had to upgrade to a iPad mini 5, to be able to work with DJI GO 4.....For my Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic Pro....I did what you did shut everything down on my iPad mini 4....still had choppy picture on DJI Go4
