So, got the mini for Xmas. Had a play with it during the past few days, but only got the first chance to fly it today. Big problem !!!
While the drone flew great, FPV to my smartphone (Galaxy S7) was pants. Everything synced up, and I got a picture on the screen. But it froze. Take off, no moving video. If I switched to stills, the screen picture updated, but then freezes again. I am running 1.004 (everything seemed to update OK)
The camera seems to be recording OK to the SD card. (But what's the point of that, if you can’t see what you are shooting ?)
I have 2 other Android devices, but both are 32bit.
Do I need another device (not going to be cheap, that’s for sure) or do I have a more basic problem ?
