Device SN verification failed, what shall I do?

Hi guys, when I try to bind my account on my air 2, I get this error.

I don’t get this error on my mini 2 on the same account.

Anyone know how to get rid of this error?

Hmm....did you buy this new or used? If. used, good chance it might be stolen or bound to another device.
 
Not to mention, it tells you what to do, call DJI support.
 
It looks like it's a server error. IE you have not connected to the server so it is unable to verify the SN. check you have an Internet connection and try again. Also possibly the DJI server was down when you tried.
 
At the risk of sounding dumb, did you have the drone connected to your phone/computer when trying to register?
