Directly below the summit of Diamond Head Crater is Diamond Head Lighthouse. Built in 1899, it is traditionally also the location of the residence of the District Commander of the U.S. Coast Guard.

Jealous again. Probably wouldn’t have left Oahu if I’d had a drone but had baby on the way and wife didn’t like Kapiolani hospital. Son always disappointed he couldn’t claim Hawaii as his birthplace. Oh well
