Differences in Mavic 4 pro creator combo US and Ukraine

I noticed that B&H is selling the Mavic 4 Pro combo both Ukraine and US versions. What would be the difference if any?? I assume either works ok in the U.S.?

I assume there no real US Version as DJI is not selling them in the U.S. B@H lists both the U.S. and Ukraine versions.

Hmmmm, not sure what the (Ukraine) designation means but I guess if you're in the US, you don't want to buy that particular sku and go for the other one. Never heard of (Ukraine) sorry I wouldn't know.
