DJI AIR 3S Start

My DJI AIR 3S won't start when I tap RC2 on the screen or through stickers.
When I start the RC2 and drone, no error message appears.
The motors spin on startup, the lights flash correctly, the sound is normal, and the gimbal performs a check.
The firmware is up to date.
I reset the radio control.
Has anyone had this same problem and could help me?

The air 3S wont simply start with a tap you must follow a certain button sequence.
Press and release the power button once, located towards the rear of the Air 3S.
Immediately press and hold the power button for two seconds. You'll hear an ascending audible tone when it powers on

DEAR FRIEND,
I appreciate your time in helping me, but you didn't understand what I meant.
I went through the entire process of connecting the drone and the RC controller.
When I was authorized to take off, the drone didn't start the propellers.
No error message appeared on the screen, and I updated all the firmware.

Did your drone work fine before you updated the firmware?

There was an update , that bricked your drone if you have any sensor issues, with the drone before or you had a light that was out on the drone, that one update could be the issue.
