DJI air1 battery is charged only by the charger but not by the charging hub, why?

the air 1 battery is charged only by the charger but not by the charging hub, why?
I have 3 batteries, 2 of them charge in the charging station and the 3rd battery does not want to charge. if it is only in the charger it charges, but not in the hub.

@mavicmodx ,when the battery is in the hub, it communicates with the hub ,so the hub can decide which battery has the most charge, and so on, it could be that that communication link is missing ,maybe because the pin out of the battery is damaged and therefore the hub is unable to recognise that the battery is inserted
check the pin outs of all the batteries to see if they all look the same,also check the hubs connectors for any damage as well

hi, the problem is in one of the battery cells, it has a very low voltage, and apparently for protection, it does not charge.

@mavicmodx ,well there you have it ,the why is because the hub is doing exactly what it is intended to do ,and prevent a battery with a faulty cell from being charged ,that battery needs to be retired, as its reliability to keep the drone airborne is compromised,the BMS in the battery is telling the hub there is an issue
