DJI App for Windows 10

Is there a way to set up the "Go Fly" app or another app on a pc (windows 10).
I don't want to fly from the pc just use it to play around wand set up the settings.
It appears that that windows is not compatible but thought someone may have figured a work around

Don't think anyone has given it serious thought since it's easy to use the standard devices.

I doubt it, they are mobile apps only. You may be able to emulate them but I don't see how you could transfer the settings to the device you are flying with. That's where the settings need to be set. Perhaps there's a preference file you can copy however.

Dji fly only works with arm 8. So there's no desktop version that you could use even with android x86. Plus most settings aren't available until you connect aircraft. Which you also can't do with the otg cable.
