DJI Assistant 2 blocked in Windows 10

Has anyone found a fix for Windows 10 Blocking the DJI Assistant 2?

This problem is very common, and almost all Window 10 user have to face the problem. I saw the problem when I tried to update a new battery using assistant 2. I spend almost three hours and tried to figured out by myself, but I failed. Finally I searched YouTube, a guy with Indian accent...

I've just installed the application fine on my Windows 10 machine without issue (Your thread title reminded me to lol)

It wasn't a third party application blocking it, it was Windows itself. Post #2 worked like a charm.
