DJI Assistant - Verification Code

I have a Macbook and I am trying to log in to DJI Assistant. It asks for my email and password but also a "Verification Code". I don't have one. Is DJI Assistant only available with the care program for $$?

If not, where do I find it?

Are you connected to the internet? The "verification code" is a simple CAPTCHA image that should appear next to the related field, but can't load with no connection.

OMG! I cannot believe I didn't see that! Normally the text says "enter captcha" or something... I assumed a provided code!

If you are using a Mac, sometimes the OS does not let the CAPTCHA code appear. Put in any random code. Let it say that the code doesn't work and then the next code appears.

I'm using HP laptop...no go with verification code...little box with x, but no capture code...entered the same 4 digit code I used when logging in and it was invalid...and no capture code appeared....am I doing something wrong?
