So I crashed my A2S on the weekend.
I'm in the process of filling out the paperwork for it's repair and I've got a few questions.

1. Is it normal to pay ($199AUD) up front. This looks like it is for replacement care, what if they repair it?
2. Would they look at repairing rather than replacing the whole drone. It seems to be just gimble frame damage sustained.
3. For Australian residents, are they repaired/replaced in Aus, in state, or are they sent off somewhere?

Cheers

Most of the time, they will just send a refurbished or new replacement and fix yours at their leisure. It gets a drone back in the customer's hands quicker.

Hmmm... not keen on getting a refurbished one back, this one is only 6 months old. I think I'd rather wait for it to be repaired.
Anyone know if you can state that when it is sent away?
