DJI Care Refresh - Controller

I've got DJI Care Refresh on my Air 3. I'm just wondering if I have a flyaway or the drone is damaged do I need to return the controller as part of the refresh?
I'm sure I missed it in the documentation,. but I just cant find a reference to it.

No , you would just send in the drone and not the battery either.

If you have a flyaway, you don’t have to send the drone in, either.
