Dji care refresh vs firmware not updated??

Hi guys,

Just a simple point for which I'd need some clarification...

I was very pleased to see my MP didn't come with the last firmware (the one the app urges you to update..) - good point!!

But, does dji care refresh applies in this case? Might it be a sort of disclaimer that excludes owner who did not update the last one?

You will not be excluded from the benefits of DJI Care Refresh if you decide not to update the firmware.
