DJI Care vs DJI Refresh

Hi all
I am sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere if this is not the right place but i could not find a descent answer.
I just got my Mavic (actually charging batteries right now) and looking around I realised that there are 2 policies with DJI but i do not seem to understand the difference. Can someone in simple words explain to me what the difference between DJI care and DJI Refresh is?

eta: DJI Care Refresh is a service plan that provides you with peace of mind, covering damage to your DJIproduct. DJI Care Refresh is valid for 12 months and offers up to two full replacements at additional charge if accidental damage occurs to your product during normal use.

DJI Care Refresh is your only option for the Mavic.

They don't offer the regular DJI care for the Mavic Pro.

Have anyone heard of Neary Aeriel extended warranty, if so is it better than DJI care refresh and why or not better
