My Mavic Pro Drone is being sent back from repair after experiencing disconnect issues. I lost my Phantom 4 overseas after a disconnect issue.
DJI sent me an offer for DJI care, which I would be tempted to buy if it covered disconnects and issues related to quality. The problem is with a disconnect it would be hard for DJI to know if this was a hardware issue or a pilot error.
Does anyone have experience with a disconnect happening and DJI care covering it. Is it worth it?
