Tried flying from my usual site which is a hill overlooking the sea. Unfortunately my Mini 4 and RC 2 have developed connection problems so testing was difficult and inconclusive. Again I failed to make the O4 lose signal and engage the SIM card dongle. I tried flying down and behind the hill but that didn’t work. Landing the done to change batteries resulted in disconnection between the RC 2 and Mini 4 Pro. In the end I gave up and went home. I am now returning the Mini 4 to Amazon for repairs/replacement!
Apologies to anyone interested all I can say I have the feeling that the adapter will work and I look forward to trying again once my Mini 4 Pro has been sorted.
