After installing DJI Cellular Dongle 2 on Mini 4 Pro in the European Union, error 1B080006 appears.DJI technical support reports that to fix error 1B080006, the buyer must independently certify the drone, that is, change the certification from C0 to C1.Be careful! Cellular Dongle 2 will not work out of the box.The free/paid period will start from the moment the SIM card is installed in Cellular Dongle 2.The information on the DJI website about the installation procedure for Cellular Dongle 2 is not true.Before paying, ask the seller to connect Cellular Dongle 2 to your drone and pay only if there is no Code: 1B080006

Attaching the cellular Dongle 2 obviously changes the weight to over 250g. Any attempt to subvert the weight change this will not be legal, regardless of how you accomplish it, unless you also comply with all the requirements for drones weighing over 250g. The drone will no longer be C0 and has become C1 and requires C1 compliance.

Quite obvious but yeah it seems none of the documentation actually clearly mentions this requirement or guides you to switch to C1... only thing that hints to it is that in the Mini 4 Pro's manual the cellular dongle 2 is only present in the approved accessories list for C1.
Switching is instant though.

There was a C1 label for me to fit and photograph as part of the unlock amongst the paperwork that came with my Mini 4 Pro.
