DJI custom unlocking***help

Ive unlocked a bunch of times with no problems in the past, but I just received a rejected request because....
"The requested unlocking area is not in the NFZ. If the drone cannot take off, please contact [email protected] for help."
Does any know what this means?

I use self unlocking but......Are you sure you had internet? I made the mistake of putting my phone into airplane mode and received the same message. Also you have to try to start the drone..that was a gotcha for me. I have had no problem at all lately h

just a note...I'm in a Blue zone that DJI has placed surrounding a fire TFR. I'm not in the TFR in fact I'm several miles from it..
