Is the DJI Fly App necessary for use with the Mini Pro 3 RC? I am not finding it at the Google Play Store. At DJI's Download Center from my Android phone it is there as an .APK file which, loosely speaking, permits you to install Apps on your Android device. NOTE: If you're viewing the preceding link 'Download Center' on a computer and not your Android phone you will see the same link as in the following paragraph.
From a computer you'll see an entirely different layout with both the Apple and Android link at their Download Center but again, it's an .APK as well. (From my Samsung phone I see "Download Android APK").
On a side note, Google has a 100MB cap on .APK files. DJI's .APK is 384MB. No clue what Apple has for a file limit size.
