DJI Fly app, iPad Air 4 and Mini 2

Hello everyone.

I have my DJI Mini 2 and currently fly with my iPhone 11 Pro no problem.

I bought a tablet mount from Amazon by Skyreat and want to fly with my iPad Air 4 using the DJI Fly app with the Mini 2. Im using a USB C to USB C cable, apple originals cable.

So far I though it was a hotspot issue connecting my iPhone to Tablet for it get a signal.

However the iPad Air 4 won't connect... Nothing.

I know its not on compatibility list but I've read a lot people have been finer with devices on on DJI's compatibility list.

Has anyone tried this? Has anyone managed to get this to work. Its not end of the world but ideally I'd like to use my iPad because of the bigger screen. Also down the line when I buy a bigger drone to be able to use the iPad.

Don't understand why DJI arn't supporting the latest devices from Apple.

I have been using the same setup for the last two months and have had no problems, change your cable, that can make a big difference to your connection, good luck and happy flying.

Oh really, its like an official apple cable. Do you need to use shorter cable?
