If you cannot see DJI Fly in the Google Play Store, you can download the latest DJI Fly APK file from DJI here. That APK can be installed by sideloading it like this.

In Play, select a DJI app you do see.
In details of app, select publisher (DJI) just under title of app
You'll then see a list of apps published by DJI including DJI Fly.
