dji fly app problem

Mavic air 2
Since updating the fly app to 1.1.6 it no longer records to iphone cache
Checked all the settings and tried reinstalling app also tried another iphone but still the same

done that three times but still no luck

hmm... try once more but before you reinstall the app.... reboot the phone
or use an "Aрр Cасhе Clеаnеr" or just wait for another hint ... good luck again

In the DJI Fly album, at the top middle of the page you see two tabs, one is "Aircraft" and the other is "DJI Fly"

If you look in the DJI Fly directory are your cached files there ?

No that is blank, before the update when you stopped recording the line round the record button would go round I assume that was loading the video but now when I stop recording it just shuts off

Check the app permissions. Make sure it has access to storage, photos, etc.

All permissions are set for the app but it happens on a new phone so it looks it’s something wrong with the app
