Dji fly comparable phone

Just received mini se, only to find out my phone is not compatible. I need to buy a phone that works, does it matter if phone is locked or unlocked. My understanding is that it doesn't matter since it would be dedicated for drone use only

Locked to a network or not is irrelevant.
DJI publish a list of compatible phones but how up to date it is I do not know. It might be wise to post the maker and model of any prospective phone on here or the DJI forum to see if any one can confirm whether or not it will work.

I am using SAMSUNG S7on my Mini 2 and my Air2s hope this helps oman
