DJI Go 4 app - My IPAD not supported - Options?

New to the forum. Just purchased a Mavic Pro. I have a gen 4 IPad (MD510LL/A). I tried downloading DJI Go 4 but Itunes says my device isn't compatible. I'm running the most current IOS. Does anyone have any ideas? Purchasing a new IPad is an option but I'm looking to use what I have. Thanks

Try downloading it on the iPad mini itself, using the App Store. iTunes can be a pain.

I have an IPad Mini and it does work. The IPad I'm having issues with is a full-size IPad. Thanks

I think it is done. The iPad is 5-6 yrs old. I think it's time for a new one.

I also have an iPad and the dji app cannot work on it also this is my model ME406X/A I’m guessing that it’s too slow to run the app.. not enough ram I think.. I also get the exact same message. I’m using an iPhone 6s+

ME406X/A = That also appears to be a 4th Gen. iPad.

Not sure what you mean about the 6S Plus, that should work.

Yep...but the IPad works great...I guess I'll have to give it to my daughter. She can use it for email..Thanks again.

Same with me, gave my iPad 2 to the grandkids and bought myself a Mini 4. Best move I ever make.
