DJI Go 4 = battery hog

I have an S8. Android is always reporting to me about DJI Go 4's excessive battery usage!..(Even when not being used)

Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same phone. you need to force stop the app. just go to settings/applications/dji go 4 and then force stop it.

I have had DJI GO4 suck as much as 70%, I occasionally have to hit the "force stop" function.

Not only battery usage, also data usage !

But does your s8 works well with the app ? i have an s8 but still using a s6 because i never had any problems with the s6

I have had the app crash a few times but overall it works well.

It crashes occasionally!

Maybe I will look into using one of my older phones or downgrading the firmware as some have suggested.

I probably will first try today's new firmware
