Dji go 4 crashing

Does anyone know why dji go 4 keeps crashing on my samsung pro tablet. In fact it won't even open.

When did you download it and do you know what version you are using? Has it ever worked well on your tablet and have you tried any other devices?

Could OPs DJIGo4 be failing due to the Tabs WQHD screen resolution. Drop it back to FHD and it might work.
