Dji go 4 not compatible

I recently bought a second hand I pad minI 4 with an iso of 9.3.5 I have set up a new I cloud account and downloaded one app but when trying to download dji go 4 it says not compatible it needs an iso of 9 or higher . Anyone got any ideas

Thanks . On the I pad I went onto settings .then general then update and all it done was update to 9.3.5

Is it definitely an iPad mini 4?

9.3.5 is current version for iPad mini 1.

What model number is it?

Should be A1538 on the iPad mini 4 and
A1550 on the iPad mini 4 Wi-Fi + Cellular

Turns out it's a mini iPad with wi fi model no MD540B b/a purchased 2013

I have the older, bigger iPad and the app is not compatible with my device. Was trying it rather than go out and buy a mini 2, 3 or 4

If you read back through the thread, you will see that it wasn't actually an iPad Mini 4. The device he has cannot be updated to iOS 11.
