DJI go 4 problem

I used the app on my iPhone aboutb3 days ago. It worked fine. Then today it wanted to download again and now icon is stuck saying loading and says cannot be downloaded at this time. I did a software update on my phone. Still no go. Please help so I can fly again.

I rebooted. Sometimes when I go to open an app it starts to download again. I don’t know why either. Had a few other apps had to download too when I clicked on them but those downloaded in seconds

The app has a cloud with down arrow next to it

That’s what it’s doing. Some of the other apps have the cloud next to it which means it needs redone loaded again.

I think that can happen when your iPhone is low on space and iOS decides to temporarily delete the app. It has to obtain the app again from the cloud when you go to use it.

That was checked too automatically offload apps already. I have 4gb space still. I’m just confused. I can’t fly it until it’s working again.

Update:

I don’t know what happened but all of a sudden downloaded. Not sure what the problem was but it works now.

Or it's time to take a backup first and then reset the iPad.

4GB is not that much really for a iPhone. The phone runs on the ram and has a bit of overhead. The DJIGO4 app has quite of overhead also. Might try freeing up some space on your phone. Move off videos and photos.

I start to worry when my phone tells me the memory is much more that half full. See if you can offload some pics and vids.

I agree that if you got the download/ install done it’s time to do a backup

Unimstall completely clean cache, then reinstall.
