DJI Go 4 problems

All of a sudden my DJI Go 4 app stopped working. So I downloaded what I assume to be the newer version. When I try to access it I'm asked to sign up or sign in on a video that appears.
Not knowing what the signup or sign in was for, I assumed it was for access to the app. I'm unable to sign in, however. Can anyone tell me what's going on? I have the Mavic Pro 1st edition.

can i ask you a few questions .?
Do you know what version of Go4app were you using.?
what typ of viewer are us using.?
What system andriod/apple.?
what your Mavic pro latest Firmware.?

You have to sign into your DJI account when you first open the app for the first time.

Thanks for your response. I think I finally solved the problem. Not a huge fan of DJI.
