Can I use the same app to fly both and are the setting for each stored individually?

Most of the settings are stored on the drone. A few settings are stored on your mobile device, but you likely would use those same settings no matter which drone you are flying. Since there is no published list of which settings are stored where, just double-check them when switching to a new drone for the first time.
