DJI go password

DJI go password, how do I reset it? I click forgot password and the reset page rejects every attempt to reset...

Another alternative, is a modded dji go, that doesn't require one, but those are unwelcome here. And, obviously, you do lose account related functionality.

Are you sure you are actually registered to begin from?

Half hour chatting with customer service, we got it figured out. The app didn't like my PW, but the website did. Changed the password to one the app likes and all is well.
