DJI GO4 won't connect to Samsung

Hey everyone having major issues here. I have my Mavic Pro here and it refuses to connect to GO4 on either of my Samsungs. I'll take that back.....sometimes it will connect to either the S24 phone or the Tab S7. It will fly without either one but that's useless. Brand new cord to connect controller and Samsung. This drone is new to me, and one time while the app was connected, I was able to set it to beginner and calibrate everything. I also Uninstaller Go4 and reinstalled it. Powered everything off and on multiple times and still won't connect. Do Apple phones/tablets have this issue??

All was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Not updating anything as it’s old versions of software and firmware. I’m using an iPhone or iPad mini.

Do you have both the aircraft firmware and the GO4 app updated to the latest version. You need to download and install the GO4 directly from the DJI website. The latest version of both also enables the onboard RID transmitting and seem to work well.

Hi, since GO4 app was recently downloaded, I assume it would be the latest version. And since I'm unable to get into the Go4 app I can't check the Mavic Pro's firmware. But I have a question. When you download Go4 APK(android) do you also need the APK app to unpack everything and load correctly?

NO android DJI apps are available on the google Play Store, you HAVE to download them directly from the DJI website:

NO, not if you downloaded GO4 from the DJI website as linked above.
