I refused shipment for a charging hub on Jan 9, and it arrived back at Carson on Jan 12. All this time I've been pleading for my refund; finally on 7 Mar, I entered a dispute with my card issuer. Today, 17th, I am notified by DJI my refund has been processed. My email thread to DJI and their procrastinating replies must be a yard long if printed out, not to mention the fruitless chats. Never seen the like.
