I refused shipment for a charging hub on Jan 9, and it arrived back at Carson on Jan 12. All this time I've been pleading for my refund; finally on 7 Mar, I entered a dispute with my card issuer. Today, 17th, I am notified by DJI my refund has been processed. My email thread to DJI and their procrastinating replies must be a yard long if printed out, not to mention the fruitless chats. Never seen the like.

I too had to file a dispute with PayPal for a charge back on January 9th that is STILL not taken care of despite my NUMEROUS calls, emails, chats, and help from their forum moderators. Not happy with their lack of care or concern.
