Quite expensive, but it's basically porn.
Thermal, rangefinder, tele, AI based detection to easily find people/animals/cars in the frame...
The thermal has the same resolution than the M3T and the M2 enterprise advanced, but the overall drone is way better.
As far as what has been released, what is on reviews and what is listed in the specifications, it is the same 4/3 CMOS sensor.curious about the 4E:
* is the 4/3 CMOS camera the same as on the Mavic 3 Pro?
* can the laser range finder be rotated enough vertically to be used to measure AGL distance?
if you look at the features of the combo package without considering cost, this would be a great drone because you also get the RC 2 E controller. But the $4800 price tag is pretty steep compared to the Mavic 3
thanks for the replyAs far as what has been released, what is on reviews and what is listed in the specifications, it is the same 4/3 CMOS sensor.
I am not sure I am following you on the laser range finder. It can look nadir and report the distance to the ground if that's what you mean. I am not sure why looking zenith would get you AGL. I have used the range finder on our Matrice 300RTK and M30T for using the 400 feet within 400 feet rule regularly and it makes measuring the distances really easy.
I think you are right about the price. Part of the increase is the new controller. I assume that the extra camera for zoom, the computing power for AI and the built in RTK also factor into the increase.
I don't know if this is enough of an upgrade for those having a Mavic 3 Enterprise, but for me, it is a substantial increase in capabilities compared to my Phantom 4 RTK. It will most likely map at the same GSD in half the time.
