Dji Mavic Air won’t save anything to memory card?

I have recently purchased a dji Mavic Air and I am having trouble getting anything to save to the sd card I have tried both a 64gb and a 32gb Sandisk extreme v30 A1 usd 90mbs card and both have not worked. I have tried formatting the card both on the computer and in the dji app when it is in the drone and neither has worked? Anyone have any ideas on this or experienced it before?

By default, the Mavic Air will store data on the internal memory. You should switch that setting to "SD Card" in the following section of DJI GO:

Msinger thank you sooooooooooomuch... you don’t know how much puzzled head scratching time has been spent sat looking at the bloody drone....!! all sorted and looking forward to getting airborne...!!
