Dji mavic mini 2 Goggles

I was wondering if they do a firmware update so you could use the Dgi Goggles on a mini 2, the law i believe on flying a drone in England is that you have to keep sight of the drone not with binoculars or phone display but by human eyes, so you would in theory be breaking the law using goggles to fly it or have i missed something?

Over here in the USA, if using the goggles you must have a visual observer to aid you during the flight and I'm sure the regulations are similar in other countries.

In the UK you can legally fly with goggles provided you have an observer next to you who can maintain VLOS unaided.
