Hey all,

Have been using the Mavic Pro for about 3 days and its awesome... Only issue is the camera has is crooked, only noticed today with the cover off (gimbal protector) I have attached some images below to show you what it looks like. Basically the camera and gimbal are just hanging to the left. I have done all calibration IMU, gimbal and a full factory reset to see if it re-adjusts but no luck. Only gimbal roll has made the footage straight but the gimbal and camera are still crooked as shown. Just wondering if i should have this looked at by a DJI specialist? The footage is good, but under fast turning it takes its time to correct the roll on the footage so not sure if its broken from factory?

Cheers.

Check the gimbal board (above the gimbal) to ensure it's underneath all of the tabs. It should looks like this:

Hello, I have the same issue with the gimbal hanging to the left. Where you able to solve this issue?

I have the same issue, has anyone found a solution for this?

I have no crashed the drone, but noticed the camera hanging to the left after traveling. Was stored in proper case with camera protection cover in.

Check if the 4 gimbal damping elements are properly fitted and that the gimbal mount is properly seated. Post #2 is a great reference.
