DJI MAVIC PRO connection problem

Hi After update mavic pro and controller working well but my phone LG G6 detects the connection to the controller but doesn't connect. Changing USB mode and installing DJI again doesn't help.I tried 10 or more times and just one of the 10 connection was good.Please look at the video.

Try using the bottom USB port to connect.

Maybe the kid in the picture wants you to play with him and he sabotaged your phone. lol

Notice the guy in the video only has 1 battery light blinking. Bad idea

I have quite the same problem. Does the dji go app start page say RC CONNECTED or DISCONNECTED? Have you tried restaring the mobile phone? That helps for me.
