DJI Mavic Pro - quick shot modes with smart controller

I would be very grateful for anyones assistance on this.

I have a Mavic 2 Pro with Smart Controller - when using quickshots, there seems to be no recording.

I go into quickshots, frame the area, it counts down, seems to go through the process of recording. Once the recording percentage gets 100% the drone moves back to starting position.

Then I cant seem to find the recording anywhere.
Not sure what it is I am doing wrong.

I have an external SD card on the controller, and there seems to be plenty of space on internal storage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you also have an SD card in the drone? If so be sure the video/ photo images are directed to that card in the settings menu. All my MP 2 images are on that removable card which I then offload to my MAC.
